Video Projects

Every now and then Enigma shoots short videos during meetings. Sometimes they're cohesive works with pre-written scripts, other times they're improvisted "group film-making" projects, in which creative control switches every 30 minutes. Past titles include Children of the Light and Pulp Science Fiction.

Enigma's first major video project, originally titled Campus Crusade for Cthulhu, was submitted to the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival, where it was so well received that it was professionally re-edited, re-titled Cthulhu Wore Tennis Shoes (a reference to our no-budget special effects shot of the Great One himself), and included in the video compilation Lurker in the Lobby. If you have RealPlayer G2 or later, you can download the video (speed: 150 Kbps, running time: 4m 41s, file size: 5.2 MB).

Note: this server cannot stream video, so if you click on the link above, you'll get a stream of garbage. In most browsers, you should be able to right-click on the link, save it to a file, and then watch it with RealPlayer.

In addition to making recordings of their live performances, the Enigma Players were known to film sketch comedy.
