Everyone keeps mentioning the FIRM, but what is it?
The following is a description written by Enigma Librarian Emeritus, Scott Martin, regarding the FIRM:The FIRM is an apartment in West LA which was inhabited long ago by four Enigmans: Ferret, Ian, Randy, and Michael. During their tenure the FIRM was the site of many parties and epic Nerf wars. Those four moved out over a decade ago, but a few years ago three new Enigmans moved into the exact same apartment. They tried to come up with a new acronym for their own initials but no one would listen to them, and thus the apartment has remained the FIRM.For reference, the current occupants of the FIRM are Bino Gopal, Graydon Schlichter, and David Milano, although many Enigmans that live in the surrounding area (known as Enigmaville) will drop by at odd hours throughout the week to watch programs, play board games or RPGs, to talk, or to visit the 1000+ volume Enigma library, which is currently housed at the FIRM. The FIRM is also the home of weekly screenings on Wednesdays (check the Monthly Calendar under keyword "deviant", for Deviant Film Screenings.
